We are a veteran-owned custom signage and apparel shop in Joliet, Illinois. Founded in 2017, we have spent nearly a decade building long-term relationships with the businesses, teams, and organizations of Will County.

Who Are The Founders?
Top 5 Percent, LLC was founded in January of 2017 by two happily married veterans. One having over 20 years of business management experience and the other having over 20 years of Graphic Arts experience. They decided to utilize their talents to create their own business, which is now legally known as Top 5%, LLC (Top 5 Percent, LLC).

We chose the City of Joliet because of its tight-knit support amongst its community and local businesses. It's also known as the City of Excitement! It's no wonder why it's the fourth largest city in the state of Illinois. We have the opportunity to meet wonderful residents and network with local businesses, as well as provide products, services, create brand awareness and build long-term relationships.
